So i have a 2008 rubicon and noticed this wire was busted.. and no to sure what it is? Locker?

locker. Should be plugged into the connector at the top of the pumpkin, just to the right of the control arm in the picture.

Is their a part number for it? The wiring is fine but the plastic piece is hopped

You could just tie the wires together. Not sure on part number.

It's not the connector that is broken it is the locker actuator that is broken. If you go to your local dealer you should be able to pick it up for about $20 or so. You will need to unbolt it from the housing and install the new actuator. You will also need to pick out the rest of it from the connector on the end of the wire.

Here is the part number for what you need: 68003570AA
