What airbox is anybody using when they install DIY snorkels on their Jeeps? Then I can plan a trip to the Scrap yard and find one!

You could use the factory 3.8l airbox. Get creative with some plastic epoxy to plug up the factory intake on the box, and the get even more creative with piping. If youre going DIY, i'd reccomend a set up like AEV has.
