I went with synergy from Northridge4x4 $200. AlloyUSA is madeby RR. They're better than stock, that much is true... I've seen them around 160 on eBay for those on a budget.

The reason for the 'adjustable' joints is for one purpose.....if you've bent your inner knuckles (your 'c's) then your camber will be off and you'll need to find how much off so you can buy the 'adjustable' ones to compensate for that difference. It just fixes the incorrect camber, that's all. They come in varying degrees of offset.

Or you turn them 90" and adjust for caster. More positive caster, less pinion angle diff.

Well reading this, I asked Northridge to send me the Evo C gussets as well as Synergy Ball joints.

I could do this in a day Always takes longer

I have the rr bj's installed, at first they are very stiff to the point the cause the jeep to wander and steering not to return to center when released. They have now been installed for about 500 miles and they are getting a bit looser but still stiff. I have contacted rr about this and they say they will replace them but I am going to give it another 500 miles since I payed to have them installed and it would be another $150 to redo the job

Just finished installing the Synergy ball joint and with welding on the Evo C Gussets. It took 2 Saturdays to do with a broken Ball Joint Press from Harbor Freight.

What a difference, almost back to the new ride again.

PS: Buy a good press and get it done in a day
