Iggees are pretty good. Durable, and fairly waterproof

I have the rugged ridge neoprene covers and they are phenomenal. In my option best looking and functional covers out there...

Neoprene. They're pricey but you won't be disappointed. They machine wash nicely too.

Thanks for all the quick replies! Looks like the Neoprene maybe the way to go. Now just have to sell me extra two soft tops

I have the Rugged Ridge neoprene's on my wife's Sahara, and the Smittybilt neoprene's on my Rubicon. They are both very similar, but the Rugged Ridge ones seemed easier to put on, had a slightly better fit, and the seams were definitely stronger when pulling them through the seat bottoms.
I think the RR ones also had better fasteners under the seats.

Oh, and the neoprene can get a li'l sweaty in the summer as they are waterproof.

Marathon seat covers are the way to. They are so much more durable then neoprene and do not hold water. That means if you get caught with your top and doors off all you have to do is wipe off your seat and sit down. No wet arse....
