Default What are the biggest tires that will fit?

I have a 6 inch Skyjacker long arm lift kit. I already have 37 inch superswamper IROC's that have 20,000 plus miles and the fronts are worn badly. I want to go bigger! 40, 41 or even 42. What is the biggest I can go? What other mods will be needed? I only go in the mud so far, and the bigger tires are needed to keep up with my buddy who has 40's and is steadily pulling me out! If the axles blow, I will move up to 60's. I have 5.13 gears, Hypertech and automatic trans. My buddy says my Dana 44's should be fine where we ride. I am simultaneously adding the Ripp Supercharger as soon as I can find someone to install it. The 3.8 sucks with 37's, so I can only imagine what 40's will do to it. Any rec's on what tire at this size is best for the mud?

54 inch super swampers, 6.1 Hemi with a blower, and a lead foot

No, I don't thnink these little motors even with the RIPP supercharger have enough @$& to turn over 40's or 42's like they should be in the mud. I have found in the past on other rigs that sometimes tire speed is better than tire size.

You are probably right. My money will probably be better spent on the Winch/bumper combo I can't decide on! I want the Warn Powerplant and the Fab four bumper, but it won't fit. So, now, I can't decide on a different winch, or bumper. So many possibilities... aren't jeeps great!

I wanted the same, I ended up getting the powerplant(it knocks out two birds with one stone) and got the expedition one front bumper to fit it. I really like the setup.
