Default What is this bumper / what are the slots for?

Hi All: Just purchased a new (to me) 2009 Rubicon. It has an aftermarket rear bumper which I believe is a Mopar off road piece but I can't be sure. My real question is does anyone know what the slots on the left and right side of the tire carrier are for? I want to get a hi-lift jack and would love to find a way to mount it to the rear bumper. any ideas, suggestions, pics, etc would be appreciated!!!

White Ghost is correct, it's a bumper meant to take a tire carrier. It's obviously going to be specific to a particular tire carrier when you identify the make of the bumper. As far as your jack....when you find the proper tire carrier, you'll be able to attach it to the carrier depending on the make. First, find out what bumper it is...then research.
