I have a squeaking sound coming from my driver side rear tire, as I speed up the squeaking increases, and when I hit the brakes it stops. I went offroading last weekend, nothing serious. Just some minor hill climbs, And leaving there I noticed it. It's coming from the hub, what could it be and how can I stop it?

I have the same problem , if i remove the rear pads and clean and lube the brake hardware the noise stops till i get into mud or deeper water then it comes back so i just ignore it.

Might be something coming in contact with the brake rotor. Dust shield or depending on how old your brakes are maybe an indicator is now making contact. Might try jacking it up and rotating the tire and try and locate the source.
These are just thoughts however. Good luck!

When you pulled the wheel off did you see anything unusual?

Are the brake pads worn out?

You might want to check this thread out. Not saying this is your problem but it is a rather common issue.

I pulle the tire off, nothing looked outta place or broken, when I get home I'm going to take the tires off and see if the shaft is bent or what.

Mud in the pads... Take off the tire and take out pads. Spray the rotor inside and outside and spray the pads with brake cleaner...

*DO NOT USE wd40*

You also might have a bent axle shaft. Happen to me before. How hard did you wheel the jeep
