Even if you don't choose to run out to the driveway to check for yourself, it will at least give you a better understanding of what the guys at the alignment shop are saying. And maybe enough for you to point them in the right direction to help you out...

Sounds like you could use more caster. Just a small adjustment can make a huge difference in the handling. Also, how much air are you running in the tires?
