What did you do with OLD Exhaust?

Finally, ripped out the 2012 JKU exhaust and replaced with DynoMax Rock Crawler. :ya: What did you do with your old exhaust? Sell it? Toss it? If you tossed it then where? I am pretty sure the garbage truck wont pick this up !

I kept the muffler and I'm trying to sell it on Craigslist. But I put the rest of it in my trash for pickup and they took it.

I posted it up here on freebies. Someone may be in need. Worth a shot.

I cut it up into like 5 pieces and left it at the curb. Garbage picked it up no worries!

I used it for target practice with my M1A .308

Took it, and several and several other old relics from a chevy project years gone by to the local scrap guy.....He paid me $50!

A new one is only $160. I'm a firm believer in keeping oem takeoffs. If you find you have a lemon or just want to trade in for a newer model you dont have to start from scratch. Besides, you get no love on mods related to trade-ins.

True. I want to upgrade to a snorkel and now am left searching for a factory air box because previous owner did not save stock air box when putting in cai

I agree to save OEM takeoffs, but I am simply running out of room. I am still hanging on to wheels, tires, suspension, bumpers, lights, etc.. The wife is getting a little pissed about the excess, so I figured with the exhaust I would get rid of it. To your point, it would be cheap to replace or find someone that would probably give it away when the time comes.

I put it up on Craigslist as suggested, otherwise I will try tossing it in a week or 2 on the curb. Probably could bring it to local garage who may take it off my hands also.
