What is the difference from suspension

Can anyone tell me what the differencefrom from a mid amr to full flex to long amrs to standard? Like is standard better for the road or is full flex better for the road or off road things like that.

its hard to understand exactly what you are asking

long arms will help keep your axel from twisitng left or right during full flex moments. and can extend the distance of flex a little
