Check the for sale section of the forum, under tires and wheels. You may find a tire you can use.

I already tried, Goodyear gave me the run around, I had to drive to a goodyear dealer in Buffalo to have it inspected and they wont cover road hazard. I could tell they were going to weasel out of it so I didnt do anything.

I am very conflicted on this because I had planned to upgrade to 35s in a year or two anyway. The tires I have now though only have 10,000miles on them and I ahve 4 good ones and one with sidewall patch. I guess I could buy one new 34 and then sell them all next year to upgrade.

The goodyear 34s run true to size so I think they are the same size as a KM2 35 so its not like they are small.

I have decided to stick with 34s for now so I bought another tire. Going up to 35s wouldnt be that huge of a jump and my jeep does pretty good on 34s. I just hate to think what would happen if I ruined another tire 5 or 6 hours from home and had to drive on one I am not confident about.

Default Goodyear MTR 305 70 17 with 90,000 miles

I've been running as set of the old style 305 70 17 on my 2008 Rubicon since 10/2007. They now have 90,000 miles on them. At 85,000 miles I hit something on the freeway and lost a side wall before I could pull of the road. I found 2 new ones but now need two more. can't find. My spare has less than 10,000 miles on it but has a plug. I need two new ones but could get by in a pinch with one really good used one. I would buy MTRs again but they don't make the old style any more. I really don't want to mix the designs but I may be forced into it..

I run a stock spare with my 33s. I do not think it is a problem if you are not using 4wd. I have no lockers at all either. It would work perfectly to limp to a gas station for tire repairs.
