Default What gears for unlimited "X" with 35's

I have a 2009 unlimited "X" with an automatic trans and 35's. I have the chance to get some 5.13's so my question is, is that the right set of gears to get to fix the drop in power from the 35s?

We have plotted tons of gear charts and would love to post however it is an Excel file. If anyone knows how to post an Excel file on here let us know and we will put up all of the gear charts we have plotted.

Personally I'd go with 4.88s especially if its your DD and drive on the highway

I'm wondering the same thing, I was thinking 5.13s as I'm tired of this thing kicking out of overdrive on the slightest incline. Almost makes me want to trade it in. Or get a turbo!

There's already 4 charts for JKs out there on the forum. Auto 07-11, manual 07-11, auto 12+, manual 12+. Just do a search for gear ratio chart
