That depends... Are you a frequent wheeler? I personally would go with any type of body armor first and go from there. The lift would be one of the last things I'd do. Reason being, I like to research the best (affordable) lift for my needs. And then I'd go with tires. The other stuff is cosmetic so holds no significance on the trail.

 

No, atleast right now I'm not a frequent wheeler. Living in Louisiana, I won't be driving up Mt. Rushmore anytime soon... Reason for this thread is that I'm starting from scratch. My Sahara has nothing added on to it, so I want to have my priorities straight before I start buying all kinda of stuff. Basically what I'm looking to gain from this thread is an understanding of what I should add first.
