hey man, thanks for your normal response. i will check that out. although i did when it was up. it made noise when hiting the switch.

Do you get any more sway when on the road, when it is supposed to be disconnected? You may look at the wire harness that goes to the disco motor and check for damage. Also check for trail debris that may be stuck, preventing it from disconnecting.

This is exactly what I thought also looking at the picture. If manually disconnected you definately would of stuffed that wheel well. Now that I see you have a rubi my guess is the same as Robar that the message is not getting to the unit. Did you do the diagnostic code check to see if there any failures or codes. Also check the fuse.

Even CONNECTED you would get alot more flex than that. One thing I noticed from the pics is that you're front sway bar links look really long, maybe it's just me. How is you're ride? Could it be you're MX-6 shocks are set at #6, which is basically locked?? Just a thought.

You know what now that i think of it. they were set to firm. but would that really do much in flex?

shouldnt he have more flex than that even if he is connected? I am just asking.
