Sounds like a problem in the shipping department to me.

Mounting method, in my opinion. All of them will get trashed if left in the stock location. There are other companies that make mounting tabs now though so you could get one of those and just buy whichever stabilizer is available.

That skyjacker one look like a smaller diameter than the Superlift one. My superlift one rubs against my track bar a little bit. Nothing major but keep rubbing the paint off and will eventually prob cause dent/failure. anybody have issues with it rubbing?

Hmm... that makes me question spending the money (all $45 of it ) But, since I just installed the lift and tires, I've noticed a big change in the way the steering handles. So, this is my first step before adding the adjustable trackbar (which I'll order this summer).

Someone mentioned earlier that they installed a ProComp stabilizer; where'd you find it? I've found the ProComp stabilizer on a few sites but for older models.

Does this item fall into the "pay for what you get" category. The Skyjacker is only $40 while the Superlift is $60. Is it better quality or are you just paying for the extra pieces to relocate?

i only got it because it moves the steering stabilizer out of the way

if i knew what i know now, i would have probably just gotten a bracket and used the stock steering stablizer

i know Woods makes a bracket that does just that

Poly Performance also offers a nifty little relocation bracket as well. $30 for a little piece of mind.

I am running the Rough Country Dual Stabilizer. I like it for a couple reasons beyond the vastly improved ride.
First, it moves the stabilizers up out of harms way. I have replaced more than one in the stock location.
Second, it moves the mounting location off the stock bracket. I tore that off and had to have it re-welded. Now anything that will take pressure off stock parts gets bonus points.
