i know u need regearing but how much? and how much would it cost me?

Re-gearing will certainly help, but if you have 4.10's you should be fine for a while if cost is an issue. If cost is not an issue, then re-gear to 4.88's or 5.13's. I'm assuming you already have a lift, if not, expect rubbing. Dont forget to get your spedometer recalibrated also.

Can't help you on the wheels.

If you have a manual transmission, regearing isn't necessary. I probably isn't even necessary with an auto, but it will make driving easier and more fuel efficient. I can't comment on the wheels.

i dont have a lift yet but i plan on running the 2.5TF lift do i need wheel spacers? and what kinda rim specs should i look for?
