Umm... I'll throw in few basics. You may not need everything I list, but this is the stuff I would be thinking about. I'm sure others will be able to help you out a lot better.

Oh, do you have a 4 door or 2 door?

-4.88 or 5.13 gears (Superior)

-4" minimum... I say go for at least 6" of lift (Full Traction, Rubicon Express, EVO)

-Fox Shocks or EVO coil overs

-Adjustable Trackbars (they should come with a kit, otherwise...JKS, Full Traction, Teraflex)

-Driveshafts (Teraflex or Rubicon Express)

-Possibly stronger axles (Superior)

-Disconnects (Teraflex, JKS, Currie, Rubicon Express, Full Traction, etc.)

That's all I can think of at the top of my head. These are the main concerns I'd be thinking about. As I said, these are just basics. Others will be able to add on alot more detail and specifics. But this should get you started in your search.
