what other recovery gear do you have? go to Quadratec.com and make a wish list of things you want and just look. Do you have enough lights? Maybe put all the new gear on and spend the money on a Jeep trip.
Do you have a Hi-lift Jack? rock sliders?

Might want to swap out the CAI for an AEV snorkel with Air Ram. I love mine - the throttle response is so much better and keeps you safe from hydrolocking (standard CAI's make you more prone to it)
