What Size Wheel?
i bought 5 15"x8" wheels AND 5 33x12.5x15 MTZs for less then the cost of 4 305/70/16 MTZs. i sold the 16"wheels i already had, and made money on my tire change! 15s FTW
I would say it depends on what you are going to do with your jeep. I my self went with the 20's on 305/55/20 nitto trail grapplers. Our jeep is more of a family ride that will see snow when we go snowboarding and dry river beds when we go looking for gold. So in my case I get the best of both worlds. Looks killer in town but will still 4x4 like a champ. So if you are going to do heavy 4x4, 20's probably wouldn't be your best bet unless you went with like 37's-40's. I have pictures of the tires if you would like to see the tread and side walls......
Make sure the wheel width is no less than 60% your tire width, and rim diameter is no less than 50% your tire height. The width is to make sure the tire will fit, and the height is to achieve a good balance of on/offroad ride. Too much sidewall and the rubber moves around on pavement, too little sidewall and it'll make your ride really rough.
