i want to find both an inexpensive and nice front bumper and rear tire carrier

I think the AEV is the top of the expensive list.

I agree AEV is expensive, but the OP said inexpensive

I have the Rugged Ridge XHD bumpers front and rear and have been very happt with them. The were not very expensive, bt fit well and look great on the Jeep. Very stout too.

x2 on Rugged Ridge XHD good looking and good price

Also look at the OR-Fab front and rear bumpers both in the 300-400 range and look really good online imho... here's a link to them on quadratec
