And what's it do? Odd looking shiny gizmo that is sticking out of a bushing between my frame and body. Right behind the front bumper.

Looks like where you put you quick discos when they aren't hooked up

Ah well damn, could have used one of these on the old TJ to hang my old JKS thingers to. So even though the Rubicon has electronic discos, they have this in place?

Yep. In case you don't get the lingo, when wheeling it is advantageous to disconnect the front swaybar links. This is where you stow the link end that is disconnected. There is one on each side.

I did have a Teraflex lift installed, is it possible this was put in as part of the installation? I'll ask the installers, as I never saw the entire kit laid out prior to them installing it.
