what is the torque needed for wheel spacers?

Default what is the torque needed for wheel spacers?

i won a set of rc 1.5" spacers. the instructions say to use manufacturer specs for the torque. using 19mm nuts, then the wheel and lug nuts. what is the correct torque?

torque setting list that WOL made up says 80-125 ft lbs.
I parked my spidertrax right at 90 ft lbs.
