Default What type of grease for trackbar?

I have the rock krawler front adjustable trackbar, its been making extreme creaking noises like its gonna fall apart. Nothing at highway speeds but in the neighborhoods its horrible.

I know for a fact its the track bar, ive spent a couple hours isolating the sound to be certain.

I called them up, they said this is like unheard of, i have retorqued everything (with weight on the axles) and all that. No death wobble to speak of.

Im gonna try pumping a ton of grease on either end. What should I use?

Um, I use Lucas red & tacky on my stuff, no creaky issues. I don't have an RK bar though. I have a TF, but use the red and tacky on everything.

My adj track bar does the same, not sure if i should rebuild the joint if it is serviceable. Mine is also three years old so that makes a little sense. I grease at every oil change with a general grease but it is also red in color. . . picked it up at pep boys.
And if it is all torqued down its worth a shot

So pep boys by me only had lithium grease which I bought
I covered the ends in the stuff and after a few hours im right back to where I was noise wise.

Should I remove the lithium grease and try and acquire lucus red?

Whats the best way to get all the grease off lol.

No noise from my RK stuff. I spray the ends with Fluid Film. I thought they didnt recommend using grease but to use something lighter like 3&1 oil

Well Ive tried WD40 and silicone spray with no resolve either.

It sounds like a horrible creaking/stretching noise im 99% certain its the trackbar. Which is only 6 months old.

I guess il wipe the grease off and call them again...
