What is the weakest link?

Curious on opinions here - with a lifted Rubicon on 37s and 5.13s, what's the weakest link in the axle / drive train - i.e. what would be the first part to break (not including from impact)?

Dont know about the jks but i know on the tj rubis the outers on the front axle are the same as the dana 30.

If your sig is your setup then it looks really good. The next best thing to do for strength would be to add the C Gussets and Axel Sleeves from Off Road Evolution.

Appreciate the feedback. I had assumed it would be the driveshafts but after talking to a few wheelers and now this thread - looks like C Gussets and Axle tubes are next on the list.

With 37's and a 3.5"lift your driveshafts may fail, same with axleshafts, but lets face it it's way easier and cheaper to replace either of those than the whole axle assembly

Lifted Auto's have issues with the front driveshafts, and lifted 2doors have issues with the short rear driveshafts. With a manual 4door, you should be ok for a while. Just keep an eye on the tcase ends of both shafts.
