what weight can it take?

Default what weight can it take?

Hi All

Does anyone have a clue what the maximum weight is that a 4 door rubicon can take?
1.Standard
2. With HD old man emu

In regards to towing capacity a 4 door is rated at 3500 pounds i think. The limiting factors are the jeep's weight, wheel base and braking capacity. Adding stiffer springs doesn't gain you any more towing capacity, but it should give you handling better quality when you are up near the max weight.

the payload capacity is listed at 1200 pounds. With stiffer springs you can get more out of it. Load it up until it bottoms out!!
