Default what will be the correct sequence of uprgrade job

Basically, the plan is

have 4.88 axle ratio plus arb locker
35 inch tire
3 inch suspension lift (including alighment after lift)

In which order should I do it?

Install the lift yourself. When the shop does your gears they have to remove the whels ... when they are done with the gears .. have them put the 35's on ...

I have 4.11's in my Rubicon with a 3.5" lift and 35's. I don't need any lower of a gear ratio right now. If you have 4.11's then you might not need to upgrade them to a lower gear. (depending on how much wheeling you do.) If you have existing 4.11's then keep them, go lift and tires at the same time and wait it out to see if you need the extra power.

Mine is X, but my ratio is 3.73 instead of regular 3.2

How do you think about keep this gear with 35 inch tire?

Assuming some significant time is going to occur between mods.

If you have an auto: Lift, gears, tires

If you have a 6 spd: Lift, tires, gears or same as auto if you care more about appearance or have poor stock tires you can follow the auto sequence.

The 6 spd buys you more flexibility.

OK, since I have manual and 3.73 ratio and I live in flat florida.
So I guess the first thing I will do is the lift.

and seems short arm 3 inch lift is the best choice
so far.

I would rather do it myself to get the real hands on
experience. I have read several writes up in JK-forum
and it seems the DIY maybe OK. However, I believe the
alignment part may be more tricky.

So how do you think about do a DIY lift and alignment,
then drive to a bodyshop to ask professional to check
the alignment?

By the way, if I just do the lift but do not change tire,
will it be reasonably safe? I know it will look ugly, but I just want to
use up my brand new 30 inch tire before switching.

If it is not safe, my current tire is P225 75 R16, is
is possible to keep the wheel and just upgrade tire. Or
may be I need wider tire so I have to change wheel also
