Default What would I need to do this?

So I found a vid of the type of wheeling I would like my Jeep to be able to do safely. I usually play around in a flat to hill area with lots of dirt and mud and potholes. The Majority of my dirt wheeling is stuff like this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgZEtf7Sai0 I guess it's kinda like low caliber trophy truck stuff. I still want to be able to crawl over some rocks. My friends said a coilover but I don't know what I would need to buy and have put in. I know coilover for sure, but would a long arm over a short arm kit be a lot better for stuff like this? I'm probably gonna chop my fenders. I'm planning on running with my 33's for a while so I think doing stuff like that with my size tires would be good for this stuff.

Thanks

Matt

If your serious about this now would be a better time than ever. If it were me doing the kit for a more of a pre-runner set up i would wanna keep the center of gravity low so a 3" teraflex long arm kit with FREE speed bumps till Nov 8TH and a set of FOX Racing shocks with reserviors. Put that on top a set of 35's and have a great time. Check out this video for teraflex speed bumps it might be what your going for.

Let me know what you think i will get you a smokin deal,

Danny
