Default whats better for a daily driver 33s with 2.5 tf coils or 35 with aev 3.5

hi what its the best combo for a daily driver rubicon unlimited 4dr 33s on the teraflex coils 2.5 or 35s on aev 3.5 standard lift? i would like that the tire stay inside de fender to protect the doors of the mud and rocks, so what i should do? thanks in advance.

You can clear 35's with the 2.5 Tera so you can run any type of combination of lift and tires you are looking at.

X2 You can run 35's with either kit. If you go AEV, don't use the cam bolts. The aev will probably provide a better on-road ride(due to the high steer kit and progressive coils + bilstein shocks).

For the money though, i'd go teraflex.

I don't think you can go wrong either way. I agree with the cam bolts comment, BTW. If you want to fix flighty steering, check into adjustable front lower control arms. If you opt for the TF, expect more than 2.5" unless you have heavy front and rear bumpers. I removed a 2.5" RC BB and installed a 2.5" TF coil lift and picked up an additional 1" on the front axle and 3/4" on the rear axle--and look at my weight on the front and rear (see signature) ...

These pic's were taken before the RK wedges, BTW ...

AEV rides great, better then stock. And as far as getting that lift and not using the cam bolts Thats advice coming from someone running daystar spacers maybe listen to someone with a little more hands on knowledge.

I guess you don't mean me because I don't have Daystar spacers. Actually, not sure what your remark is supposed to mean. But, here's someone with first hand experience with cam bolts (I went straight to LCAs based on the excellent advice from this forum's members, especially WOL):

Cam Bolts Testimonial Post

Search around--there are plenty more where that one came from.

AEV just announced a change to their kit. No more cam bolts.

I don't why somebody hadn't done this before; it makes a lot of sense.

To the original poster:
You mention the standard AEV kit. I would highly recommend going with the Premium so that you get the steering correction and the ProCal. I understand the $ issue, but doing it right the first time costs less than fixing it later.
