What is the joint that sits on the inside between the two u-joints called??? This is an aftermarket drive shaft by the way.

IS that what they call a cardon or cardan joint?

The centering ball?

Is there a zerk to grease it?

There is no zerk to grease it but it is squealing. I have it took apart can I replace it or just re grease it?

That it is. A really strong axle and it can take some stupid angles. But you have to set it right for your regular driving.

I have seen it called a center yoke, and a coupling yoke.

The whole thing is a douple cardan joint.
