Default whats needed to make a JK MOAB or Rubicon ready?

Like the title says. What is needed to be done to make my 07 X ready for taking on the rubicon or MOAB trails?

Currently the jeep has 35 MT/R kevlars on 15" crager soft 8's, a 2.5 terafex BB with bilstien 5500 shocks, 1.25 body lift and B&M trans cooler.

All Wranglers seem to have passed the rubicon in stock trim. (albeit heavily damaged)

I think your rig is fine. Just get some disconnects and lockers for a bonus.

Money. Lots and lots of MONEY!! But seriously folks, I'd say you need more lift, discos, at least one locker, a winch and as much armor as you can afford.

already have JKS quick disconnects on the list, along with rock sliders and a fuel canister relocate kit.

Are you locked in front and/or rear?? That would make it much easier!

Nope. Have factory 4.10 ratio D30 and D44

Running 35" with the D30 up front is a little scary, what are the basics needed to ensure the D30 will hold up? I was thinking some C-gussets and a axle set with an ARB air locker?

You may want to keep your eyes out for a front 44 out of a Rubicon. It would be a "bolt in" and probably most cost effective. Take it from me, I threw cash at a stock 30 and 20 in my old CJ for years. I ended up with a set of 60's in it. I should have saved my cash and done it from the get go.
Even with upgraded shafts and a locker in the 30, you have small-ish u joints, carrier, and tubes.

You prop get through the Rubicon trail if you have a good spotter and don't push it. If you get in trouble, winch out!

I thought I read that the D44 rubicon front axles were having issues with C's bending and u-joints breaking as well?

I run 35s on mine with a built D30 (sleeves, gussets, etc.) but it's not locked and never will be. I locked my rear D44 with an OX. I personally would not lock the front D30 as I've seen catastrophic results too many times.
