Default Whats needed to run 37's

Ive been looking for a set of 35x12.5x17 tires but I came across a set of 37x13.50x18 that are a really good deal. Besides rims what would I need to be able to run these? I have Teraflex 2.5inch coil lift, 1.5inch Spidertrax spacers, Superchip, stock flat fenders mod (soon to come), 4.10 gears, automatic, non rubi so dana 30 and Dana 44. I think thats it...

Your going to have to beef up that front axle, gussets and sleeves at least. Adjustable front lower control arms for caster / axle placement, rear pinch weld mod for clearance and maybe rear lower control arms for getting the axle back where it was pre-lift. If you don't have adjustable track bars, you should to re-align the body with the frame.

Things like the above, excepting the pinch seam, if slightly off will cause death wobble. DW with big heavy tires beat the hell out of your suspension so do everything you can to avoid it. Once you have DW you have an uphill battle on you hands and you will suffer damages from it. You will wished you had done everything in your power to prevent it from happening in the first place instead of fixing it afterwards.
