wheel bearing race ring problem....???

wheel bearing race ring problem....???
Two weeks ago I noticed that I had an axle seal leaking and took it into the dealer.
They called me back and reported that since I had changed the gears myself that I probably "nicked" the seal then and would not be covered under warranty.
So I took it home and pulled the axle myself, while there I noticed three things,
1. My track bar brace is cracked and almost off.
2. The seal was NOT nicked just old fashioned leaking.
3. The bearing race is loose,, and has been for a while.
Now my problem is how will the dealership treat me with this one (after I get the track bar brace looking like new.
Let me know if there is some sort of TSB or recall.
