wheel locks on aftermarket wheels
I have aftermarket wheels (AEV) that use the stock lug nuts, but I have to use a thin socket to install/remove them.
I am looking at the Gorilla or Mopar wheel lock sets, but have never dealt with wheel locks before so I don't know what the "keys" are like, or if I'll have trouble installing them due to the deeper lug recesses.
Any insight?

I have the mopar ones and the KEY is a special socket . The socket fits one end into your lug wrench and the other over the keyed lug . Only when it is lined up correctly will it drop down into position so you can engage the lugproperly.
I can post pics if you want later today. The locking lug is quite a bit longer than a standard one.

I got rid of a Gorilla lug nut set, including locking lugs for two reasons: Only a set for four tires (meaning I now had two wheel locks to keep track of), and because the lug nuts were one size larger than the stock (13/16" vs 3/4"), making my cross-bar, and sockets unusable on my new wheels. The Mopar lugs, being slightly smaller, work fine, including the locking lug nut set. The Gorilla's are nicer, but who needs the hassle of finding a compatible socket during a roadside/off-road emergency?

UPDATE:
So I did get the MOPAR set. It came with 5 nuts, BUT they are too fat to fit in the lug holes on the AEV Bridger wheels.
So I'll have to take them back (or sell them here if they won't return them or want a big restocking fee).
Now I'm reluctant to even try the Gorilla set, and I don't think I've seen any other options.
