Default Wheel Manufacturers

Hey guys, this might be an advantageous question/idea....but do you think if I called a wheel manufacturer, I could get them to make me a wheel that they offer in a different bolt pattern, but in 5 x 127, there are so many wheels I find I love, especially certain ones, but they aren't the right PCD, if I offered to pay well over what they would usaully bring in, I mean, everyone has a price no?

My guess would be no, but it is nothing more then a guess. Just wondering, what wheel were you looking at that didn't come in a 5 on 5?

Are you really willing to pay more than $200 for a wheel that will get scratched up and damaged on a trail??? Or one that will attract your neighborhood hooligans???

While I agree with everyone that the wheel manufacturers likely will not cut the wheels to your specifications; you could easily find someone to make Spacers for you. If installed properly, that would be a relatively inexpensive way to get the wheels you want. I would take a look at Spidertrax....

I've read a thread in the past that member "Camp Crocker" of COP4x4 has had wheels drilled to match the JK many times by the manufacturer. He suggested that you simply ask them and many are willing to do it. Hopefully they can do it for less than the cost of buying spacers.

Default rims

the question here is offset. I used to own a store and we would get a lot of what they call blind rims, wich means they don't have bolt paterns, and another shop would make the holes. not a big deal.

There was another member on here that ordered some KMC rims that were originally made for one bolt pattern but another company drilled them another way. Of course they were screwed up but that proves it is possible.
