Default Wheel package question

Ok, so I think I decided on 295/70/17's nittos on mamba mr1 wheels, which I think have 4.75 backspacing. I do plan on installing a 2.5 lift in a few months, but curious if ill be able to put these on without any issues until I install the lift? I have a 2012 stock jk 2 door.

Thanks!

Might get some rubbing on your sway bar at full lock but with the backspace your getting it'll prob be fine. I have 33" nittos and wish I would have went to 35's especially with my 2.5" lift.

As good as 35's look I think it'll be too much as a daily driver. That's just my opinion though.

Don't settle!! I did and as I walk to my jeep it looks stock, and it pisses me off! It's got a 2in coil spacer lift and 34/11/17 Nittos on stock wheels wit 1.5 spacers. Don't settle!!! It sucks!

I went with the 315/70/17 Duratrac. There are pics in my profile. They measured out around 34.25 aired to 28psi. I went with them mostly because of how light they are and they handle unbelievable on the snow and ice. They do have a softer sidewall you will find but I don't really rock crawl so wasn't really a factor in my decision. I'd definitely recommend them.

My biggest regret... Spending $200 on spidertrax spacers, $1700 on 33" MTRK...then spending $2700 on 35's and new wheels...if you have ANY thoughts whatsoever, do one of two things; 1) drive it stocks for another month and then decide, 2) go with the 35's - you won regret it.

I am already making my way to 37's, but have to add a lot to the jeep to get it there in the right way.

33's to 35's

You did. 295/70-17's are essentially a 34x12.00 tire.
