Sorry for this question but what means " Soft 8's" when giving a wheel description like this example : Cragar 16 x 8 Soft 8's ??

Soft 8 is just a style of steel wheel with 8 holes

Soft 8 is just the Cragar model (or style #) of the wheel. Other mfg's make them that look the same/similar, they just call them something different.

Ok another question:

Stock, I got my JK deliver with 17" wheels. If I want to put some 16" rims with BFG MUD-T tires, what is the best set-up tire/rim to use without adding spacer or any lift ?

If you go with 16X8 wheel you can go up to a 285/75/16 tire or a 305/70/16. Any bigger than that, you may rub.
