has anyone ever warped a spidertrax spacer while offroading?

Use the loctight that's goes with it. Retorque after 50 miles of install than every time you do a rotation balance or flat repair. Or anytime you take the wheel off. Installed the 1.5 spidertrax spacers! They improved my ride quality and offroad capability.

One small tip - when you torque the spacers, mark the stud and nut with paint, like nail polish. That way you can quickly see if anything has moved since you last checked. Always check with a torque wrench too, but the paint is a nice indicator.

Nope, 1.25" is smallest you can go. Using factory studs.
