Default Wheel spacers

What's the best wheel spacers and what size should I get? Im ordering 305/70/17 Maxxis Bighorn tires with a 2.5 inch lift. The tires will be on stock rims until Christmas and I was wondering what all I need to make this build successful. Thanks!

I have been running the Spidertrax with 35in BFGs and the OEM Moab rims on my JKU for about one year without problems. For what I have been reading here virtually everyone also have been using them without problems. That's a great testament for the brand's quality.

I have Spidertrax 1.5" and love them. I agree with Sahara_Maverick everybody seems to be using these. Don't forget to use the red loctite and torx to spec.

You'll love the Bighorns. Mines a little smaller at 285/70/17. Have a 2.5 lift. Ride pretty good on and offroad. Definitely would buy again. Also running Spidertrax. spacers.

Are the tires very loud? Read some reviews online saying they were pretty noisy.

I ran another brand of 1.5" spacers from day 1 through 32K miles with stock wheels and tires without issue. They were silver instead of blue was the only difference I saw with the Spidertraxx...oh, and less expensive. They were made of the same billet aluminum and bolted on in the same fashion.

I checked the torque on the spacers every time I rotated the tires and one time the torque wrench move ever so slightly before it gave on one bolt out of 20.

I've since purchased properly backspaces wheels...

One word of caution, Discount tire, at least locally, will not touch your Jeep for rotations or the like if you have spacers. They are happy to remove them when installing new wheels but that was it. I do my own rotations so it wasn't an issue, but it would have been had I stayed with stock wheels and just got bigger tires. They said I could bring the five wheels up and they would mount the tires on the rims but I would have to put them on the vehicle myself if I had the spacers on.
