Wheel spacers/adapters

Wheel spacers/adapters
Does anyone recommend using wheel spacer adapters? I found a set of wheels that have a 5x4.5 bolt pattern with Pro-comp 33's for cheap. Any advice would be appreciated.

A quick search will show a bunch of threads on them. Get a good brand, maintain them!!, and they're fine.
