Default wheel spacers,no lift 32's

While I have been debating for a long time on lifting the jeep (which I still may do eventually) I think for now I may just swap out my tires the Bridgestone Duellers (stock) for the same size BFG KM2's in size 32, and add spider trac wheel spacers. My question is, will this work with no rubbing, and give a slightly more aggressive look without voiding any components/warranty?

Thanks.

yup, it'll work just fine and if you're just running 32's, you don't even need the spacers.
