If you can't change a tire then I suggest you learn. AAA don't go where jeeps roam.
No need for a manual. I'm not going to tell you where to put the jack. That is up to you. Once you get the tire off you yank the two or three keepers off and then place the spacer over the factory wheel studs. Apply a bit of locktite to the factory studs and secure the spacer with the included nuts. Take your torque wrench and tighten in a crisscross pattern to 95ft lbs. Remember to set your torque wrench back to it's lowest setting before storage. Also sticking a screwdriver in the slots on the edge of the rotor will keep it from spinning while you torque the nuts down. Then you put the tire back on just like normal. 95 ft lbs on the lugnuts as well. Rinse and repeat 3 more times and then step back and smile at the new look and a job well done.
I left mine on a truck I had and put aftermarket wheels. After that everyone I would hit the brakes my truck would shake at all corners. Took back to discount tire and they remove them which fixed it.
