Default Wheel and Tire Help

I'm lifting my 4 door JK with a Rough and Country 4" inch lift. I've decided on
18" x 9 wheels with 35 x 12.50 tires.

What offset and backspacing should I go for? 4.5 or 5?

Thank you.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, I am no expert in this, but my tires are 12.5 wide and I have 4.5 back spacing. This is how far they stick out. Should be the same on yours even though mine are 33's not 35's (I don't think diameter would be relevant for how far the wheels stick out.)

Thanks, they are 18" XD Spy wheels with Nitto Mud Grapplers.

Yellow is a funny color, you either love it, or eh... I have always liked yellow, have and yellow vette too. Hahaha Yellow matching exterior pieces are getting addicting, but will stop before it gets too much. hahaha I have thought about interior pieces, but have not gone that route yet.

Thanks for the info and pics, yes please show me photos of the 4.75?
