Default Wheel walking...

I'll get an alignment and not even 200-300 miles later my driver side wheel will walkout out until it look like my tfront tires are going in two diff directions... im sure this is due to the tie rod or something of that nature... any ideads to fix????

Sounds like either it wasnt torqued properly, and came loose, or the threads stripped. How dot he threads look physically?
