When are the 5.38's coming out?
There is some discussion about the concern for the amount of contact that the 5.13 has vs 4.88.
Would the 5.38 be even more susceptible to this issue?
I have reviewed tghe gearing/tire size/rpm charts. Is there a huge reason to go with this vs 5.13 with 37's???

because people are power hungry? thats my guess. the 5.13's will just give you a more powerful pickup from a stop on 37's then you would get with 4.10's on stock 32's. personally i'm going with the 4.56's and keep my stock feeling when i finally get 37's. the jeep ain't a muscle car...

I run 37s with 5:13 and an auto. The RPMs are only about 150-200 more at 60mph than stock with 4:10s. 4:56 would be terrible IMO. Mines an everyday driver and will still go 100mph no problem. It feels stock.

Heck, I used to hit atleast 120 with my YJ. It did have a Ram Jet 350 and a 700 R4. That was on 37" boggers with 5.38's stuffed inside Prorocks 60's. I was white knuckled while doing this.
It also pulled the wheels in first and even higher hitting second.

4.56 gears with 37" tires will make your Jeep feel like it has an old 4 cyl pushing it along. The only excuse for not having 5.38's with 37's is if you have forced induction or a larger motor. ... that and the part about no one offering the ratio.
