Default When to change fluids

I am wanting to change all of my fluids over to synthetics as they need changing. What are the recommended mileages for changing fluids on the 07 Rubicon? Diff? Trans? Etc...

I have 28,000 on it now.

Thanks

I follow the recommendations in the owners manual, schedule B (since I off-road). If you don't have one, you can download a digital version for free here:

The vast majority of my mileage is on-road...but I do the same thing as Mark, and follow the "heavy use" fluid change intervals. I do enough off-road to justify it, in my mind. I intend to have this Jeep for quite a while, so I think that it pays to use quality fluids and parts, and do preventative maintenance on the front end.

Thanks guys, I always forget to look in the manual before asking.

Found it and looked through it.
