When to rotate my Duratracs.

I'm running 35" Duratracs and just got to the 3k mile point. Is it time to rotate or should I wait a little longer? Also, what's the ideal tire pressure for daily highway driving?

most of us rotate every Other oil change. I do for sure. no matter the tire.
