Default where is the axel nut?

Sorry for the noob question. I have an annoying chirp chirp chirp noise coming from my front right wheel. I changed the brakes, rotor, used new brake clips, greases everything up..still chirping. It seems to stop when I press the brake pedal..even lightly. Also seems to be worse when I am taking a curve. I have also noticed that sometimes I won't hear it until I hit a bump or pothole than it will start.

I can't think of what it could be but someone told me to check my axel nut to make sure it's tourque to spec.

Where the heck is the axel nut?

Pull the rotor and it's inside of the knuckle.

Check the brake dust disk, that often causes the same issue.

OK thanks. Does it tighten down with a normal socket like any other bolt?

Brake dust disc the splash shield right? I checked that and while it is pretty close to the rotor..it wasn't touching it.

Would a bad ujoint have those symptoms?

Right in the middle of the rotor. 35mm if I remembered right.

Default turns

does it occur more or less at low speed turns?

I'm just going to throw u-joint out there as a possible noise maker.

Thanks! The pic helps. Guess I need to buy a monster socket lol. Do I need to remove the rotor to tighten it? Doesn't look like like it from the pic.

Thanks again

More at lower I think...may just be easier to hear at lower speed though.

It's the worst when I am in a curve...for example like a crescent shaped entrance /exit ramp for interstate

Also noticed that often it won't be doing it until I hit a bump or pothole than it will chirp a few times and stop when I tap brakes..than start back after releasing brake

It's not loud..just enough to drive me nuckin futs. Only hear it when top off or Windows down and music off

You can tighten it with the rotor on.
My rear brakes do the exact same thing your describing. I think my axle flange is bent. Not sure what would cause it on front except warped rotor. But you just replaced everything so im not sure.

I'll tighten the axel nut to see if that helps (100lbft I think?) and bend back the splash shield a bit just in case. If that doesn't fix it...I'll move on to the u joint...ugh.
Thanks for the help
