Who makes the best control arms?
As far as mid/short arm, I can't say....but I have a 5.5 Rock Krawler long arm and LOVE it..... and as far as quality.......when you see and hold just one arm you automatically know you made the right choice... I honestly believe the suspension will out live any OEM part on the JEEP.
Just my honest opinion

I did a lot of searching before I bought mine... I looked at the bushing materials, the amount of flex each brand would provide, the ease of rebuilding if necessary, and so on...
What I came out with is the JKS arms. They "pivot" at the joint rather than in the end, the material in the bushing is a little stiffer than most because they dont have to move inside the ends where the bolts go thru., the "pivot" point is sealed so no grime gets inside to destroy the threads..
So the JKS arms can rotate a full 180 deg. (not that they ever will!!!) so there is not limit to the flex they provide!!!
They are on the pricey side, but I feel they are well worth it...

We use clevite mechincally bonded bushings which are pressed into a CNC machined bushing housing for a nice tight fit. Forged johnny joints as the flex joints on the lower and rear upper arms. And we make a custom front upper adjuster using a 5" threaded rod for maximum caster adjustment.

Who makes the best mid arm (short arm)s Clayton rockkrawler teraflex full traction currie etc etc.. I'm looking for a good mid arm system with all 8 arms for my 2 door somewhere between 3-4in. If anyone can chime in and give some advice on control arms that would be great. Which ones offer more flex than others which ones are beefier etc..
We use 2in x .250" wall DOM steel tubing.(USA Steel). FK 4130 Cromoly Heim Joints (made in the USA) on the axle side and Clevite factory rubber bushings on the frame end.
The arms have limited Life time warranty. We have never had one bend or break. The control arms and heim joints have been race proven in Jeep speed.
As always, Made in the USA

Send me your email address and I'll email the instructions.

For the rockkrawler arms, specifically the lower fronts, which is the recommended mounting direction...adjustable end toward the axle or toward the frame? I have been told toward the frame to protect the adjustment mechanism for other manufacturers' LCA's.
