Who makes this bumper?

I saw this picture on COP4x4 but couldn't find the bumper. Does anyone know who makes it or is it a 1-off by them? Oh yeah, and it's a kick ass JK!

Looks like a smitty XRC stinger.

Edit: might be called SRC...I'm not sure.

I love the looks of this bumper, but passed on secnday to the textured feel. I did not like it.
