You will need to host your pictures at one of the websites that allow photos to be used this way. Photobucket.c m is one of the places that does this. This makes the photo available without taking up space on the web-master's server. Here is a link that will explain it much better than I can:

I suspect the holes are for a quick disconnect tow bar. Like some sort of Roadmaster. They use a square receiver about 1 1/2 inches to mount the vehicle crossbar and associated hardware to connect the tow bars.

I really want this bumper, besides the wholes in front, but I can't figure out who makes it.
